1. About Us

We are a sole-trading & collaborative operation specialising in mould-making using food-safe silicones. Certification is available upon request. The nature of silicone can mean that moulds are subject to minor  variations including shrinkage [0.5-3% over 2 years]  without affecting performance.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and terms may be subject to change. A new quotation will be issued if a request is made after the expiry date, or if the order size and/or specification is amended by the customer.

  • Orders are accepted upon receipt of full payment pro-forma (before production), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For special orders or time-sensitive jobs, preliminary work—including samples—may begin upon issuance of an invoice or purchase order (PO), which serves as a provisional agreement in lieu of confirmed payment. Such work will only commence at our discretion and requires a signed invoice confirmation or purchase order (PO).

  • Payment methods accepted: direct bank transfer & PayPal.

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment has cleared.
